Joe Beauchamp CPM, CGCIO
Joe Beauchamp is the founder and CEO of FirstWIN Sports™. He also founded and leads Brigade Management, Inc., where he has built data-driven platforms serving public-sector clients since 2016. Joe has served as an Assistant Professor and Course Director for Data Analytics at UT Southwestern Medical Center, teaching in the MS Health Informatics program. He maintains a research focus on data-driven approaches to first responder mental health. He has been teaching graduate and undergraduate courses since 2014. He holds an MS in Computer Information Systems from Boston University and a BS in Accounting and Information Management from UT Dallas. He is a Certified Public Manager (Texas State University, 2016) and a Certified Government Chief Information Officer (UNC Chapel Hill, 2011).
Anuja Beauchamp
Anuja Beauchamp is Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of FirstWIN Sports™ and Brigade Management, where she has led finance and operations since 2019. Her career spans more than 20 years across finance, accounting, and project management, including her role as Senior Accountant at Suresh A. Shah, PC since 2012 and earlier PMP-certified project management positions at CROSSMARK. Anuja holds an Executive MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business and an MS in Accounting and Information Management from UT Dallas.
Riley Harvill, PhD
Riley Harvill, PhD is co-principal of The HarBeck Company and leads assessment science and validation for FirstWIN Sports™. His career spans psychotherapy, teaching, and the design and validation of psychometric assessments, with engagements across business, public safety, and education. At FirstWIN Sports™, he designs the psychometric instruments used to evaluate coaches, referees, and support staff — ensuring every assessment is built on validated science rather than guesswork.
David W. Nabors
David W. Nabors is Vice President of Data Engineering at FirstWIN Sports™ and Brigade Management, where he leads the development of secure, CJIS-compliant data analytics platforms. He served 34 years with the Rowlett Police Department, retiring as Commander in October 2020. He is the founder of Easy Warrant, a CJIS-compliant e-Warrants platform, and CEO of Nabors Forensic Consultants. David completed Texas McCombs' Post-Graduate Program in Data Science & Business Analytics (2023–2024) and holds an MS in Business Administration and Management from East Texas A&M. He is a Master Peace Officer (TCOLE) and a certified Six Sigma Green Belt.
